We try to make the return process as easy as possible. We offer return of products bought on Teddy and Co according to your statutory rights.
If the return is the result of a damaged item or a mistake by us, we’ll reimburse the shipping cost.
1) Take note of your order number
2) Email or Call us telling us the reason you’re returning the item and give us the order number
3) Post the package back to us at Teddy and Co, Aunty Nellies, Letterkenny Shopping Centre, Letterkenny, Donegal
4) When we receive the item, we’ll give you a call to offer you a store credit or a refund
5) We’ll issue a refund if requested, it takes about 5-7 working days for the refund to be fulfilled
Unfortunately, We can’t offer a refund for a change of mind or if you purchased the wrong product. We may offer a store credit depending on circumstances.
